STEP 2 – VAMPIRES

Let’s be honest: vampires have some serious issues. From the contents of their main diet (about which, the less said, the better), to their well-known dislike of garlic (crazy, right?), and their pathological avoidance of the sun.

If any vampires you know are hoping to overcome this sun-aversion, and if they are using Essential Oils, make sure they stay out of the sun for up to 12 hours after using any citrus oils. These oils can cause the burning effects of the sun to intensify.

If sunlight DOES harm the skin, get out the Lavender Essential Oil quick!

Thankfully, Lavender holds many soothing properties that are perfect for calming occasional skin irritations. If you or the vampire in your life have spent a little too much time in the sun and find the skin irritated, try this AFTER-SUN SOOTHING SPRAY:

BRAVE VAMPIRE AFTER-SUN SPRAY RECIPE

• 1 cup. Aloe Vera juice
• 1/4 cup. Fractionated Coconut Oil
• 1 1/2 tsp. Vitamin E
• 9 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 8 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
• 8 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

TIP from Tia the Oil Lady: if you have the Verage Hydrating Serum it works wonders as an after sun lotion too
