STEP 12 – SCARY CLOWNS

broken image

COULROPHOBIA—fear of clowns—is a growing phenomenon. Some people can’t stand clowns at any price, whether the more frightening, Stephen King type, or even the jolly, Bozo sort.

But if you are coulrophobic, there is a great Essential Oil that can help you with your problem, and help you feel calmer about the prospect of meeting a clown on a dark night.

COPAIBA Essential Oil helps calm, soothe, and support the nervous system.

Its main chemical component is beta-caryophyllene, a chemical similar to cannabinoids found in cannabis that may protect nerve cells and have benefits for the cardiovascular system.

So, if proximity to a clown bothers you, this oil is a must-have.

To take advantage of these benefits for any of these systems, add one to two drops to water, juice, or make your own tea using warm water and honey.

Now for the Scary Clown himself, we can help there, too. He just needs to get all that face paint off to stop scaring his friends away. Send him some DIY MAKE-UP REMOVER:

CLOWN AWAY DIY MAKEUP REMOVER RECIPE

• 2 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil
• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 2 tbsp. Witch Hazel
• 2 1/2 tbsp. Water

Add mixture to a 4 oz.(250ml) jar, then add 10 cotton rounds. Shake to saturate pads and turn jar upside down.

It’s a very inexpensive, natural way to remove makeup; but if the clown paint is thick, triple up the recipe!
